YWAM leaders need contextualized coaching in leadership and organization health in order to successfully attain their vision/mission.
How can YWAM leaders grow a thriving and sustainable YWAM ministry?
Where can they find support for the challenges they face?
Leadership13 (L13) is a service designed to help YWAM leaders and their leadership teams understand what it takes to go from one stage of growth to the next, to know how to build a healthy organizational culture and how to steward the people God has brought them.
L13 coaching empowers leaders and enables them to produce healthy, sustainable growth.
"Many times our leadership team has come upon an issue and felt we did not know how to deal with it or what questions to ask. Working with L13 built up our faith and gave us courage to continue to go after what God has called us to do."
"We have had the privilege of working with Leadership13 for over 10 years now. They’ve been an incredible resource toward seeing the UofN/YWAM Battambang campus develop to where we are now. When we started with them, we were only about 20 staff, and now we are over 120 full-time YWAM staff here in Battambang. We have been able to send out 30+ missionary staff to pioneer new ministries in multiple locations in Cambodia and to go into 3 of the most closed nations in the world."

We run a yearly Train the Trainer workshop and offer resource videos to help the trainers.
MBI offers strategic gatherings throughout the year, bringing in experts to present select topics and inviting groups of 10 to 25 YWAM leaders to join in. We emphasize interaction and collaboration rather than heavy teaching, and our team is on hand to facilitate learning and discussion.
